PRODUCT INSPECTION POLICY
To ensure maximum protection of customer rights when shopping on golfprizes.vn, we have a policy to support customers in checking, viewing, and jointly inspecting products with delivery staff upon receipt.
Product Inspection Rights
When you receive a package from delivery staff, you are allowed to open it to check the product's appearance before payment.
Check if the product matches what you ordered
Verify quantity and product classification match the description
Check for defects, wrong products, or damage during transportation
Caution Inspection does not include trying on products
Right to Refuse Delivery
If, during the joint inspection, you find that the product shows signs of damage, is expired, or does not match the description published on the website golfprizes.vn, you have the right to refuse the delivery.
If the package/carton shows signs of being opened, torn, or the seal is no longer intact, you have the right to refuse the delivery or request the delivery staff to open the package for inspection of the product inside.
In some cases, it is best that you do not accept the delivery if the package is torn or shows signs of being previously opened, as there is a risk that the product may have been tampered with or replaced.
Inspection Fees
Inspection fees will be specifically determined by each shipping unit and clearly displayed on the delivery receipt.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Packaging not damaged, broken, or improperly stored

Photo evidence of damage required
Free shipping: You will not be charged any fees, including the return shipping cost to golfprizes.vn, for exchanged or returned products due to missing/wrong items or shipping-related damages.

Carefully pack the product and hand it over to the shipping partner or bring it to the nearest post office if you are outside the delivery service area.
Caution golfprizes.vn will refuse products damaged due to poor packaging from customers
