Golf Prize Policy

1. Validity Period

The Golf prize policy is effective from the registered playing time until the expiration date stated on the contract or insurance certificate. Buyers need to carefully note this period to ensure their rights, to avoid cases where the prize becomes invalid due to registration outside the specified time frame.

2. Golf Prize Usage Conditions

• Participants must be of legal age to enter into this Agreement and not prohibited under Vietnamese law from participating in the Contest.
• If a Participant is a minor or under any legal incapacity, prior consent from their legal guardian must be obtained.
• Participants must play on a flight consisting of at least 3 golfers on a Contest Day to register for a Contest.
• Each person is allowed to make only one valid stroke at each designated par 3 hole.
• The position and grass area at the par 3 hole must not be altered.
• The golf ball used must conform to recognized standards set by golfing regulatory authorities.
• The HIO must be witnessed and confirmed by all players in the group using a form provided/approved by VGP.

Not eligible to participate:

• Golf Course Director/Club Manager/Staff of the Golf Course
• Member of any professional golf association at any given time, including but not limited to the Professional Golfers' Association (PGA).

3. Scope of Prize Distribution

• All Prizes awarded by VGP are non-transferable and are only paid in Vietnam Dong
• A notarized authorization must be provided designating a recipient with a valid bank account in Vietnam to receive the Prize on their behalf.
• If multiple HIOs are recorded in the services, only the prize with the highest value will be awarded (unless otherwise specified).
• The prize recipient agrees to allow VGP to use their name and image for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
